Birmingham city Council Channel Shift Six Steps plan

Birmingham City Council Customer Knowledge Team in conjunction with Customer Services have devised a six step plan to achieve Channel Shift. The Six Steps draws on previous work such as Westminster’s excellent work on Channel Shift and some of the principles of behaviour change as laid out in MINDSPACE (a practical guide to Nudge style ways of influencing behaviour change).
